HASTINGS, NEBRASKA

Elm 26 Apartments

Elm 26 is being constructed in Hastings with a clear purpose, to help ease the housing shortage while setting a new standard for modern living. Thoughtfully designed with contemporary finishes, open floor plans, and upscale amenities, Elm 26 offers a luxurious yet accessible option for individuals and families across the area.

Project Completed: In Progress

Features: First phase has six, 22 unit buildings; Second phase will have six, 22 unit buildings, a dog park, and a clubhouse

Barista’s Coffee House

Barista’s Coffee House is the first commercial property to open in Prairie District. Thoughtfully designed to be more than just a coffee stop, the building blends functionality with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, offering residents and visitors alike a place to gather, work, and recharge.
